The Double Blue took one step closer to the OJALL quarterfinal series victory with a 12-7 win over the Six Nations Arrows at the Jack.

A's took a 4 -1 lead in the first period and then exploded for 7 more goals in the 2nd frame to cement the win. Recent additions to the A's playoff lineup Sam Leclair and Liam Ham both made solid contributions to the Game 3 win with 3 goals and 1 goal, respectively.

Veteran sniper Jake McNabb led the way with 5 points including a hat trick and 2 helpers in the win.

The victory gives the Athletics a commanding 2-1 series lead in the Best of 5 series.

A's hope to close out the series with a win in Six Nations on Monday night.

If necessary, Game 5 will be played back home in St.Catharines on Wednesday July 17th at the Jack #PackTheJack

In other OJALL playoff action, the 2nd seeded Burlington Chiefs completed the sweep over the first year Jr. A team Oakville Buzz with a 7- 5 win.

Let's Go Double Blue! Bring home the Series win!
